- How do billing and renewals work?Pro renews monthly through Lemon Squeezy until you cancel; Lifetime is a single one-time payment with nothing to renew.
- What's the difference between cancelling and refunding?Cancelling stops your PostSnag subscription from renewing. A refund returns money for a payment already made, available within 14 days of your first payment only.
- What happens to my captured data if I downgrade or cancel?Posts you've already captured stay in your PostSnag account after you downgrade or cancel. Free's weekly limits apply to new activity going forward.
- How do I cancel my PostSnag subscription?Cancel your PostSnag subscription right in the app, from Settings. The Lemon Squeezy customer portal and support@postsnag.com both work too.
- How do I upgrade to Pro or Lifetime?Open Settings, go to Plans & pricing, and choose Pro or Lifetime. Checkout runs through Lemon Squeezy and unlocks your whole dashboard within a minute or two.
- How do I get an invoice or receipt?Lemon Squeezy emails a receipt for every PostSnag payment. Use the customer portal for billing history, or email support for a custom invoice.
- What are PostSnag's plans and pricing?PostSnag has three plans: Free at $0 with 3 weekly profile scans, Pro at $19 a month, and Lifetime at $139 one time, both with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
- Pro or Lifetime: which plan should I choose?Pro and Lifetime include the exact same dashboard and remove the same Free caps. The difference is billing: $19 a month versus $139 once.
- What is the refund policy, and how do I request a refund?PostSnag's 14-day money-back guarantee covers your first Pro or Lifetime payment, refunded by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
- Do you offer team or agency pricing?PostSnag has no separate team or agency tier yet. Most agencies run on one Pro or Lifetime account; email support for multiple seats.
- How do I update my payment method or billing details?Update your PostSnag card or billing details through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link in your receipt email, or by emailing support.
- What's included in the Free plan?PostSnag's Free plan is $0 and includes 3 profile scans and 2 group scans a week, with a 30-post preview per scan; Discovery, PostSnag MCP, and full history need Pro or Lifetime.
