What are PostSnag's plans and pricing?

PostSnag has three plans: Free at $0, Pro at $19 a month, and Lifetime at $139 one time. Free opens most of the dashboard, Overview, Posts, Compare, Groups, Bookmarks, and Folders, plus each profile's and group's own Analytics tab; Discovery is reserved for Pro and Lifetime. Free also caps you at 3 profile scans total, a 30-post preview per scan, and limited group scanning. Pro and Lifetime both come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

This article covers what each plan includes, what stays identical no matter which one you're on, and how to decide between them. You can see and change your plan anytime from Settings > Plans & pricing in your dashboard.

Free: $0

Free costs nothing, needs no credit card, and never expires. You can stay on it indefinitely. It includes:

• The Chrome extension, with the panel that captures posts live as you scroll a profile, a Page, or a group.
• 3 profile scans total, with no weekly reset. Once you've used all 3, you need to upgrade to scan another profile.
• A 30-post preview on each scan. Your dashboard shows a scanned profile's first 30 posts normally; the rest are blurred behind a subscribe or upgrade wall until you upgrade.
• Limited group scanning, for scrolling and capturing an entire Facebook Group's feed.
• Most of the dashboard, where every profile and group you scan lands: Overview, Posts, Compare, Groups, Bookmarks, and Folders. Discovery is the one section that needs Pro or Lifetime.

Free suits trying PostSnag out or doing occasional, light research: a handful of profiles here and there, a quick read on a competitor, or testing whether the workflow fits before committing to a paid plan.

Pro: $19/month

Pro bills $19 to your card every month and renews until you cancel. Compared to Free, it removes the caps:

• No 3-scan total. Scan as many profiles, Pages, creator accounts, and Facebook Groups as you want.
• No 30-post preview. A profile's full post history gets captured and is visible on each scan, nothing blurred.
• Discovery included, PostSnag's caption and hook pattern engine.
• Every scan saved for good, so nothing you capture disappears or needs to be recaptured later because it hit a limit.
• AI-ready exports in any of the four formats, covering your complete capture instead of just the 30-post preview.
• Priority email support.

Pro fits ongoing, regular use: agencies and marketers tracking a set of profiles and groups continuously, or creators scanning new profiles often enough that a 3-scan total gets in the way.

Lifetime: $139 one time

Lifetime includes everything Pro does, for a single payment that never renews:

• Everything listed under Pro, with no scan totals or preview limits.
• One-time payment, price locked at today's rate even as PostSnag adds features later.
• All future features included at no extra cost.
• Priority email support.

Lifetime is the plan for anyone who already knows they'll use PostSnag long-term. There's no card to keep on file, no renewal date to track, and nothing about what you get changes later.

What's the same across every plan

The dashboard works the same on every plan, including Free, apart from Discovery: the same Overview home screen, Posts command center, Compare (lining up to three profiles side by side), Bookmarks, and Folders, plus each profile's and each group's own Analytics tab. Discovery, the pattern engine that surfaces the caption and hook patterns working across the creators you track, is reserved for Pro and Lifetime; it doesn't appear on Free. Every export format works the same on every plan, though on Free an export only covers the 30-post preview.

Paid plans don't unlock a long list of new sections; they remove the scan total and the 30-post preview, and add Discovery. Comparing Free to Pro or Lifetime really comes down to volume and whether you need Discovery, not which parts of PostSnag you're allowed to open.

How billing works

Pro and Lifetime checkout both run through Lemon Squeezy, PostSnag's payment processor and merchant of record. PostSnag never sees or stores your full card details. Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel; Lifetime is a single charge with nothing left to bill afterward. There's no in-app one-click cancel button today; canceling goes through the customer-portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or renewal email, or by emailing support@postsnag.com. The 14-day money-back guarantee

Both Pro and Lifetime come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no explanation required. Request it by emailing support@postsnag.com within 14 days of paying, and it's refunded to your original payment method.
