What are PostSnag's plans and pricing?

PostSnag has three plans: Free at $0, Pro at $19 a month, and Lifetime at $139 one time. All three plans give you the same dashboard: the same Discovery feed, Analytics, Bookmarks, and Folders. What changes between plans is how much you can capture and save, not which parts of PostSnag you can open. Pro and Lifetime both come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Free: $0

Free costs nothing, needs no credit card, and never expires. You can stay on it indefinitely. It includes:

• The Chrome extension, with the panel that captures posts live as you scroll

• 3 profile scans per week, resetting on a rolling 7-day clock

• Up to 30 posts captured per profile, on each scan

• A preview of the dashboard, where every profile you scan lands

Free suits trying PostSnag out or doing occasional, light research: a handful of profiles a week, a quick read on a competitor, or testing whether the workflow fits before committing to a paid plan.

Pro: $19/month

Pro bills $19 to your card every month and renews until you cancel. Compared to Free, it removes every cap:

• No weekly scan limit. Scan as many profiles, Pages, creator accounts, and Facebook Groups as you want.

• No 30-post cap. A profile's full post history gets captured and saved, not just the first 30.

• Every scan saved for good, so nothing you capture disappears or needs to be recaptured later.

• AI-ready exports that cover your complete capture, not just what Free would let through.

• Priority email support.

Pro fits ongoing, regular use: agencies and marketers tracking a set of profiles week after week, creators capturing new profiles often enough that 3 scans a week gets in the way.

Lifetime: $139 one time

Lifetime includes everything Pro does, for a single payment that never renews:

What's the same across every plan

The dashboard itself, and the Discovery feed, Analytics, Bookmarks, and Folders inside it, work the same on every plan, including Free. Paid plans don't unlock new sections of the dashboard; they remove the caps on how much you can capture, save, and export. If you're comparing Free to Pro or Lifetime, the real question is volume: how many profiles you need to scan and how much of each one's history you need saved, not which features you're allowed to see.

How billing works

Pro and Lifetime checkout both run through Lemon Squeezy, PostSnag's payment processor and merchant of record. PostSnag never sees or stores your full card details. The 14-day money-back guarantee

Both Pro and Lifetime come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no explanation required. Request it by emailing support@postsnag.com within 14 days of paying, and it's refunded back to your original payment method. Which plan should I choose?

Start with Free if you're not sure yet. Scan a few profiles for a week and see how close you come to the 3-scans, 30-posts limit. Do I need a credit card to try PostSnag?
No. The Free plan costs $0, needs no card, and doesn't expire.

Does Free have fewer dashboard features than Pro or Lifetime?
No. Every plan gets the same dashboard, Discovery feed, Analytics, Bookmarks, and Folders. Paid plans remove the scan and post caps; they don't add new sections.

What happens when I hit the Free plan's limits?
