- What's the difference between my PostSnag account and my Facebook account?Your PostSnag login and your Facebook account are separate; PostSnag never asks for or stores your Facebook password.
- How do I create a PostSnag account?Create a PostSnag account with your name, email, and password, or Sign up with Google. Email signups confirm their address before the dashboard opens.
- How do I delete my account and data?Delete individual profiles yourself in the dashboard; to delete your entire PostSnag account and data, or rename or delete a folder, email support@postsnag.com.
- Can I use PostSnag on multiple devices or with my team?Sign into your PostSnag account in Chrome on any device to use it there; there's no multi-seat team plan yet.
- What notification settings does PostSnag have?PostSnag notifies you in-app and by email when your export has finished and is ready to download. Settings > Notifications also lists a set of toggles.
- How do I reset or change my password?Use Forgot password on the login page to reset a lost password, or update it anytime from Settings, Account.
- How do I sign in to PostSnag (extension and dashboard)?Sign in to PostSnag with email and password or Google, from the dashboard or the extension. Each surface has its own sign-in screen and needs its own sign-in.
- How do I update my name, email, and profile?Update your name, email, or password from Settings, Account in your PostSnag dashboard, then save your changes.
