Your Dashboard
Sort, filter, save, and analyze every post you have captured, all in one place.
- How do I read a profile's Analytics?Every profile you capture has its own Analytics tab: most viral post, top posts by reactions, comments, and shares, content mix, posting patterns, and best time to post.
- How do I bookmark posts and profiles?PostSnag bookmarks a post or a profile with one click, then organizes everything you saved into Posts and Profiles tabs, plus a By group view sorted by where posts were captured.
- What's in the PostSnag dashboard? (a tour)A tour of the PostSnag dashboard sidebar: Overview, Profiles, Posts, Groups, Compare, MCP, Discovery, Bookmarks, Folders, and Recent scans, with a link to the full article on each.
- What is Discovery, and how do I use it?Discovery finds the caption and hook patterns working across the creators you track, each with a performance multiplier, an Adoption chart, and real example posts. It requires Pro or Lifetime.
- How do I organize captured posts into Folders?Folders are named collections for grouping captured posts by project, client, or topic. Create one from the sidebar or the Folders page, then add posts one at a time or in bulk.
- What is an outlier post?An outlier is a post that beat its own creator's typical performance, shown as a multiple like Nx their typical post, not a top one percent ranking.
- How do I filter, search, and sort a profile's posts?A profile's page has a header stat row plus Posts, Reels, and Analytics tabs; filter by type and time, sort by reactions, comments, or shares, and open a post for the full detail view.
- How do I find and manage captured profiles?Open Profiles in the left navigation for your whole roster, split into profiles you captured directly and ones pulled from your groups, plus Top profiles, Outlier profiles, and Analytics tabs.
- Recent scans: what is the difference between remove and delete?Removing a profile or group from Recent scans only hides it from that list. Deleting permanently erases it and everything captured with it.
- What is the Overview dashboard?PostSnag's Overview page is the dashboard home screen: nine stat tiles, two leaderboards, library-wide charts, your top posts, and your biggest groups, all rolled up from everything you've captured.
- What is the Posts page, and how do I use it?PostSnag's Posts page is the global command center for your library: every post from every creator and group, sortable, filterable, and ready for bulk export with its own four-button action bar.
- How do I compare profiles side by side?PostSnag's Compare page lines up to three of your captured profiles side by side with an At-a-glance table and parallel breakdown charts for each.
