PostSnag bills Pro at $19 a month, charged automatically to the same payment method until you cancel. Lifetime is a single $139 charge with nothing left to renew afterward. Both run through Lemon Squeezy, PostSnag's payment processor and merchant of record, so the same portal handles receipts, payment methods, and cancellation for either plan.
How Pro renews
Pro charges your card on the same date each month, starting from the day you first subscribed. Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt every time a charge goes through, so you always have a record without needing to check the dashboard. If a renewal charge fails, for example an expired card, Lemon Squeezy typically retries and emails you about it; keeping your payment method current is the easiest way to avoid any interruption to your Pro access.
How Lifetime works
Lifetime is a one-time payment. You pay $139 once, and nothing renews or charges again afterward. There's no monthly cycle to track and no subscription that eventually needs cancelling.
Checking your plan and next billing date
Open Settings, then Billing, to see which plan you're on and, if you're on Pro, when your next renewal charge is due.

Finding your billing history
Your past charges and receipts live in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, linked from any receipt or renewal email PostSnag has sent you. That portal shows every charge on the account, Pro's monthly renewals or Lifetime's single payment, with a downloadable receipt for each one. See How do I get an invoice or receipt? if you need a copy of a specific one.
Updating your payment method
Change your card or billing details from the same Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or from Settings > Billing in your PostSnag dashboard. Keeping this current before your next renewal date is the simplest way to avoid a failed charge. See How do I update my payment method or billing details? for the exact steps.
Stopping a renewal
If you want Pro to stop renewing, cancel any time from Settings > Billing inside the app: click Cancel subscription and confirm. The Lemon Squeezy customer portal and emailing support@postsnag.com both work as alternates. Either way, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing you've captured is affected. See How do I cancel my PostSnag subscription? for the full walkthrough.
Moving from Pro to Lifetime
If you're on Pro and want to stop the monthly renewal for good rather than cancel outright, moving to Lifetime is one way to do it: a single $139 payment replaces the recurring charge entirely, and everything you've already captured carries over. Email support@postsnag.com to make the switch. See Pro or Lifetime: which plan should I choose? if you're still weighing the two.
If you're on the Free plan
Free costs $0, so there's no billing and nothing that renews. If you decide to upgrade later, see How do I upgrade to Pro or Lifetime? for how billing starts.
