What do PostSnag's plans include, and what are the limits?

PostSnag has three plans: Free at $0, Pro at $19 a month, and Lifetime at $139 one time. Free opens most of the dashboard, including Overview, Posts, Compare, Bookmarks, and Folders; Discovery is the one section reserved for Pro and Lifetime. What changes most between plans is how much you can capture: Free caps you at 3 profile scans total, a 30-post preview per scan, and limited group scanning. Pro and Lifetime both come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Here's exactly what each plan includes and where the real limits sit.

Free: $0

Free costs nothing and doesn't require a card. It includes:

• The Chrome extension with live, scroll-to-capture. The exact same capture engine as the paid plans.
• Most of the dashboard, including Overview, Posts, Compare, Bookmarks, and Folders. Discovery is not included; it needs Pro or Lifetime.
• 3 profile scans total, with no weekly reset. Each profile, Page, or a member's profile opened inside a group counts as one profile scan, whether it's new or one you're rescanning. The panel shows a notice once you've used all 3, with a link to upgrade.
• A 30-post preview per profile, per scan. Your dashboard shows the first 30 posts normally; anything beyond that is blurred behind a subscribe or upgrade wall until you upgrade.
• Limited group scanning, for scrolling and capturing an entire Facebook Group's own feed. Pro and Lifetime remove the limit.

Pro removes every Free cap and adds ongoing conveniences:

• Unlimited profile scans, no 3-scan total to run into.
• No 30-post preview. A profile's full post history is visible in your dashboard, nothing blurred.
• Unlimited group scanning.
• Discovery, PostSnag's caption and hook pattern engine, included.
• Every scan saved for good, so nothing you've captured ages out.
• All four export formats, at full library scale: Data as Markdown, Data as CSV, Media only, and Data plus media.
• Priority email support.

What's included on every plan

Overview, Posts, Compare, Bookmarks, and Folders are dashboard features available to every account, Free included, along with each profile's and group's own Analytics tab. Discovery is the exception: it's included on Pro and Lifetime, not on Free. The limits on Free apply specifically to the 3-scan profile total, the 30-post preview, and group scanning; nothing else in the dashboard is walled off behind a paid plan.

If you upgrade after hitting a Free plan cap

Posts blurred behind the Free plan's 30-post preview are already sitting in your dashboard; upgrading removes the blur so you can see a profile's full history, no rescan needed. The 3-scan total works differently: it limits how many profile scans you can start at all, not how much of a scan you can see, so upgrading removes that ceiling rather than unlocking something already captured. What happens when I hit the Free plan's group scan limit?

The panel lets you know, the same way it does for profile scans. Pro and Lifetime remove it entirely.
