What do PostSnag's plans include, and what are the limits?

PostSnag has three plans: Free at $0, Pro at $19 a month, and Lifetime at $139 one time. The dashboard itself, including Discovery, Analytics, Bookmarks, and Folders, is available on every plan; what changes between plans is how much you can capture and export. Pro and Lifetime both come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Here's exactly what each plan includes and where the real limits sit.

Free: $0

Free costs nothing and doesn't require a card. It includes:

• The Chrome extension with live, scroll-to-capture. The exact same capture engine as the paid plans.

• Full access to the dashboard, including Discovery, Analytics, Bookmarks, and Folders.

• 3 profile scans per week. Each profile, Page, or group you scan counts as one scan. The panel shows a notice once you've used all three: "You've used all 3 free scans this week," with a link to upgrade. The limit resets weekly.

• Up to 30 posts saved per profile, per scan. If you scroll past 30 posts, the panel tells you at export time: "Your free plan saved the first 30 posts of this profile." Everything you actually scrolled is captured locally either way; only what syncs to your dashboard is capped.

Free is the plan to start with, whether you're trying PostSnag out or only need the occasional capture.

Pro: $19/month

Pro removes both Free caps and adds ongoing conveniences:

• Unlimited profile scans, no weekly cap.

• A profile's full post history saved on every scan, not capped at 30.

• Unlimited Facebook Group tracking.

• Every scan saved for good, so nothing you've captured ages out.

• Complete-capture Markdown and CSV exports.

• Priority email support.

Pro bills monthly through Lemon Squeezy and is built for anyone using PostSnag on a regular, ongoing basis: agencies running client research, marketers tracking competitors, or creators studying a niche continuously. "Cancel anytime" means you're never locked into a term; it isn't an in-app one-click cancel button today. Lifetime: $139 one time

Lifetime includes everything Pro includes, for a single one-time payment instead of a recurring charge:

What's included on every plan

Discovery, Analytics, Bookmarks, and Folders are dashboard features available to every account, Free included. The two hard limits on Free apply specifically to the weekly scan count and the per-profile post cap on export; nothing else in the dashboard is walled off behind a paid plan.

The 14-day money-back guarantee

Pro and Lifetime both come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, no explanation required. Request it by emailing support@postsnag.com within 14 days of paying. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Renewal payments after the first one aren't automatically covered by this guarantee; email support if a renewal charge was unintended, and it will be looked at individually.

If you upgrade after hitting the Free plan's cap

Everything you scrolled on the Free plan stayed saved in your browser, even the posts past the 30-post cap. After upgrading, reopen that profile and click Export To Dashboard again to sync the rest; no rescanning needed. You'd only rescan if you want to capture further back than you originally scrolled.
