No. PostSnag is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. It is an independent tool built by TokTools, with no formal relationship to Facebook, Instagram, or any other Meta product.

Here is what that means for how PostSnag works, why Facebook and Meta get mentioned at all, and what PostSnag can and cannot do for your actual Facebook account.

PostSnag is independent, not official

PostSnag is not a Facebook or Meta product, does not have special or privileged access to Facebook's backend, and does not work with Meta in any formal capacity. It is built and run entirely by TokTools, separate from Facebook in every sense: separate company, separate systems, separate login.

When you use PostSnag, you are using a third-party tool that reads the public posts already available in your own logged-in Facebook session, the same way any browser extension reads a page you are viewing. PostSnag does not use a special Facebook API, does not have a data-sharing agreement with Meta, and cannot see or reach anything on Facebook that you could not already see yourself by visiting the page. Why PostSnag mentions Facebook and Meta at all

PostSnag's help center and product pages reference "Facebook" and "Meta" because that is the platform PostSnag works with, not because of any partnership or endorsement. Naming the platform a tool works with is standard and expected; it does not imply Facebook or Meta approved, built, or sponsors PostSnag in any way.

What PostSnag can't do for your Facebook account

Because PostSnag is independent, it has no ability to reach into or change anything on Facebook's own side. If you run into any of the following, PostSnag cannot fix or change it, because these live entirely inside Facebook's own systems:

• A Facebook login problem, like being locked out or not receiving a code.

• An account ban, restriction, or content takedown on Facebook itself.

• A Facebook privacy setting, like who can see your own posts or profile.

• Anything about someone else's Facebook account, including a profile you were viewing.

For any of these, contact Facebook directly through their own Help Center. PostSnag support cannot see into, escalate, or resolve issues inside Facebook's systems on your behalf, no matter how the request is worded.
