Update your PostSnag payment method or billing details through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, linked in your receipt email. There's no billing-management screen inside the PostSnag dashboard itself, so the portal is the fastest way to make the change yourself.
Update your card or billing details
Find the receipt or renewal email from your PostSnag purchase, sent by Lemon Squeezy, PostSnag's payment processor, to the inbox tied to your PostSnag account.
Open the customer portal link inside that email.
From the portal, update your card, billing address, or other payment details.
Save your changes. They apply automatically to your next renewal; there's nothing further to do.

You don't need to contact support for a routine card update. The portal handles it directly, and it's worth bookmarking if you're the one who manages billing for the account.
What else you can do from the customer portal
The same portal covers more than card updates:
Update your card or billing address, the most common reason to open it.
View past payments and receipts, a running history of every charge on the account.

Billing details vs. account details
The customer portal only covers payment information: your card, billing address, and payment history. Your PostSnag account details, like your name, login email, and password, are separate and live in Settings > Account in your dashboard, not in the Lemon Squeezy portal. Updating billing details on a Lifetime purchase
Lifetime is a single $139 payment that never renews, but the customer portal from that purchase's receipt still works. Open it any time to update the billing address or payment method on file, or to pull up that one receipt again. There's just nothing left to bill going forward, since Lifetime doesn't recur.
Can't find your receipt email?
Check the inbox tied to your PostSnag account, including spam or promotions folders. The sender name on the email is Lemon Squeezy, not necessarily "PostSnag," so search for that if a search for "PostSnag" turns up nothing. If you still can't find it, email support@postsnag.com and support can help you locate or resend the right link.
If your card is declined or a renewal fails
Open the customer portal from your most recent receipt or renewal email.
Update your card there as soon as you notice the issue, to keep Pro renewing without interruption.
Email support@postsnag.com if a specific charge still needs review after your card is updated.

Is there a way to update my card from inside the PostSnag dashboard?
Not today. Billing changes go through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, linked in your receipt email, or through support@postsnag.com.
Does PostSnag store my card information?
No. Lemon Squeezy processes and stores payment details as PostSnag's merchant of record. PostSnag never sees or stores your full card number.
What if my card is declined on renewal?
Update your payment method through the customer portal as soon as possible, then email support@postsnag.com if you run into an issue with a specific charge.
Can I switch between Pro and Lifetime from the customer portal?
