PostSnag's affiliate program is free to join through Anderro at anderro.com/join/postsnag, and this article answers the questions affiliates ask most, grouped by topic. For the full detail behind any answer here, see the other articles in the Affiliate Program collection.
Joining the program
Is it free to join the PostSnag affiliate program?
Yes. Applying at anderro.com/join/postsnag costs nothing, and there's no minimum audience size required to apply.
Do I need to already be a PostSnag customer to become an affiliate?
No. You can apply without ever having paid for PostSnag, though using the product first makes it easier to recommend accurately.
Is there a minimum follower count or audience size to qualify?
No. The program doesn't enforce a follower or audience-size minimum during the application.
Where do I find my referral link, stats, and payouts?
All of it lives in your Anderro dashboard: your tracked link, click and referral activity, commission history, and payout status. PostSnag's own dashboard doesn't have a separate affiliate section, so you won't find this inside your regular PostSnag account.
How do I actually apply?
Go to anderro.com/join/postsnag, create a free Anderro account or sign in if you have one, and complete the PostSnag affiliate application. See How do I become a PostSnag affiliate? for the full walkthrough.
Commissions and earnings
Do I earn a one-time payout or recurring commission?
It depends on the plan. Pro referrals pay 30% every month for as long as that person stays subscribed. Lifetime referrals pay 30% once, since Lifetime itself is a single payment.
How much can I earn per referral?
A Pro referral pays about $5.70 a month, roughly $68.40 a year while they stay subscribed. A Lifetime referral pays $41.70 once. See How do PostSnag affiliate commissions work? for the full math.
Is 30% the commission rate for every affiliate, or does it vary?
It's a flat 30% for every affiliate, on every qualifying sale. There's no tiered structure where top affiliates earn a higher percentage.
How long is the cookie window?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 30 days, you get credit for the referral, even if they don't buy the same day.
What happens if my referral cancels their subscription?
Recurring commission on a Pro referral stops when their subscription does. You keep whatever you already earned for the months they were active.
What happens if my referral asks for a refund?
If they use PostSnag's 14-day money-back guarantee on their first payment, that commission doesn't clear. This is part of why new commissions sit in a hold period before they're payable.
Getting paid
Is there a minimum before I get paid?
Yes, $30 in cleared, payable commissions, paid out monthly through Anderro. See How and when do affiliates get paid? for the full schedule.
Why isn't a new commission payable right away?
Anderro holds new commissions for a period first, so the sale has time to settle before it counts as payable, covering refunds and disputes. This hold can run anywhere from about a week to up to 90 days depending on the sale.
What if I don't hit the $30 minimum in a given month?
Your balance carries over to the next month automatically. Unpaid commissions don't expire or reset.
Does the $30 minimum reset if I go a few months without hitting it?
No. Whatever you've earned stays in your balance indefinitely and rolls forward until it clears $30, however many cycles that takes.
Promoting PostSnag
What promo materials are available?
Materials are still being finalized and added to the Anderro asset library over time rather than all at once. Check your Anderro dashboard for what's currently available. In the meantime, your own honest description of PostSnag works fine.
Can I run paid ads to promote my link?
Yes, as long as the ad points to your own content or page rather than straight at postsnag.com, and you don't bid on PostSnag's brand terms. See What are the affiliate program rules and guidelines? for the full policy.
Can an agency use one affiliate link across multiple clients?
Yes. Agencies can share their link with every client they bring to PostSnag and earn commission on those subscriptions.
Support
Who do I contact with affiliate questions?
Email support@postsnag.com for anything about the PostSnag side of the program, from how commissions are calculated to what you can and can't promote.
What if my question is about my Anderro account itself, like login issues or payout details?
Anderro manages the platform side of the program, including login and payout processing, so account-specific issues are best handled there directly. For anything PostSnag-specific, support@postsnag.com can help or point you in the right direction.
