Yes, you can use PostSnag on multiple devices. Sign into your PostSnag account in Chrome on any computer, and your extension and dashboard both work there too, showing the same captured data you already have.
How multi-device access works
Your captured profiles, posts, Bookmarks, Folders, and Settings are all tied to your PostSnag account on PostSnag's own servers, not to a single device or browser install. Install the extension and sign in on a second computer, and your dashboard looks identical to your first one immediately: same Profiles library, same Discovery feed, same plan. There's no device limit and no extra setup step to connect one device to another.
This is also why reinstalling the extension or clearing your browser doesn't lose anything you care about: as long as you've clicked Export To Dashboard at least once for a given profile, that data already lives on PostSnag's side, not in the browser you happened to be using at the time.

What does and doesn't sync automatically
Anything you've sent to your dashboard syncs everywhere. Once posts reach your account through Export To Dashboard, they belong to your account, not a device, so they show up wherever you're signed in.
What you've captured but not yet exported stays local. Scrolling a profile only saves posts to that browser's own local storage until you click Export To Dashboard. Capture posts on one computer and never export them, and they won't appear on a second device until you do.
Settings and plan status sync everywhere, since they live on your account, not your browser.
Your sign-in itself isn't device-specific. Whatever you use to sign in, password or Google, works the same on every device, since authentication checks your account, not a local device record.
Which browsers and operating systems work
PostSnag's dashboard works in any modern browser, since it's just a website. The extension itself installs from the Chrome Web Store and runs on Chromium-based browsers, Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera, and Vivaldi, on Mac, Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS; it isn't tied to a specific operating system. See Does PostSnag work in Edge, Brave, Arc, and other browsers? if you're planning to capture from more than one browser.
Team and agency use
There's no multi-seat team plan today. PostSnag is built around a single account per subscription, so there's no dedicated way to hand out separate logins to multiple teammates under one plan with individual permissions or activity tracking. Nothing stops a team from sharing one login the way you'd share any account, but everyone using that login sees and works from the same dashboard: the same captured profiles, the same Bookmarks and Folders, and the same plan limits. There's no way to split it into separate views per person.
If your team or agency genuinely needs more than one separate login, email support@postsnag.com and describe what you need. There's no published multi-seat discount, so treat it as a direct conversation rather than a self-serve option. See Do you offer team or agency pricing? for the fuller answer, including how agencies typically get by on a single Pro or Lifetime account.
Common questions
Is there a limit on how many devices I can use PostSnag on?
No hard device limit. Sign into your account on any computer running a Chromium browser to use PostSnag there.
Does my captured data sync across devices automatically?
Only once it reaches your dashboard. Posts sent with Export To Dashboard belong to your account and show up wherever you're signed in; posts captured but not yet exported stay local to that browser until you export them.
Can my team share one PostSnag login?
There's no team plan built for that today, but nothing technically stops it. Everyone sharing a login sees the same dashboard, with no way to separate who captured what.
Do you offer agency or team pricing?
Not as a separate plan currently. See Do you offer team or agency pricing? for the full answer.
Can I use PostSnag on a phone or tablet?
The dashboard works in a mobile browser for viewing what you've already captured, but the extension itself only installs and captures on a Chromium desktop browser. See Can I use PostSnag on my phone or in the Facebook app?
